After acquiring planning permission to convert a former factory into apartments, the property developers wanted to define a renovation strategy aimed at optimising sales and ensuring the success of the operation.


We conducted an in-depth market research and competitive analysis to determine the most attractive apartment types and an optimised positioning and pricing strategy. By studying local market trends, demographics, and new and existing property prices, we identified the project's strengths and limitations in relation to local competition.


This strategic analysis made it possible to design a strategy aligned with the market expectations, to adjust the plans and prices of the apartments, and thus to maximise the chances of commercial success.
