Interior design

A real estate investor wanted to acquire a detached house with the aim of renovating it while maximising his margin when reselling it.

After analysing the local market and consulting technical experts, we developed detailed interior design plans with 3D visuals of the renovation project. We carefully selected materials that combined aesthetics and functionality, with an emphasis on finishes that were appreciated by clients.

Thanks to the 3D visualisation of the result, the client was able to make an informed decision on the potential of the project before making the purchase.
