3D for customer validation

An individual wanted to extend his chalet by approximately 10 m², a project that did not require the intervention of an architect. To better understand the available options, he asked us to assist him in his thinking.

We first consulted several construction companies to identify the technical constraints related to the work. Then, we created 3D visuals to help the client project themselves into the different possibilities, accompanied by floor plans.

Finally, landscaped insertions were made to facilitate the approval of the project by the planning department at the local town hall.
