Management of client modification and finish choice for off-plan sales projects
As part of a new build property project for a quality building, the property developer wanted to respond to certain requests for layout modifications from future buyers and manage the choice of finishes.
Working closely with the project manager and architect, we first reviewed the technically feasible and essential layout changes for the clients. We then adapted the electrical plans accordingly, with validation by the appropriate technical experts. Subsequently, we managed all the buyers’ finish choice, processed change requests where necessary, obtained client approval for choices and additional options, and summarised all information on clear documents used by the contractors on site to avoid any errors.
