Model for pre-approval

A property developer wanted to assess the feasibility of extending a building with local planning authorities before submitting a planning application.

To facilitate the understanding of the project by the planning team, while limiting architectural costs at this preliminary stage, we created a 3D visual inserted into the landscape illustrating the planned extension.

This visual served as a starting point for discussions, allowing certain key aspects of the project to be adjusted before calling on an architect to submit a building permit.
