Consultancy advice for optimising floor plans and electrical plans when renovating a hotel into apartments
A real estate developer has acquired a hotel with the intention of renovating it and converting it into residential apartments. The project called for converting the ground floor into studios and housing for seasonal workers, while the upper floors would be converted into apartments for permanent residents.
The developer requested our expertise to optimise the typology and layout of the apartments, with the aim of maximising their functionality and attractiveness. We also provided advice on adapting electrical plans in line with the new layouts.
These plans were then shared with technical specialists to ensure compliance with regulations, and they served as the basis for the entire hotel renovation process.
