Creation of the visual identity of a property developer's brand including the logo, typography and graphic elements
A property developer wanted to strengthen the brand image and harmonise the communication tools to effectively position the brand on the market, while increasing visibility and attractiveness to potential buyers and investors.
We supported them by first defining their vision, values and target audience, then we analysed the market and competitors. Based on these elements, we created a brand identity that reflected the distinctive character of their high-end and reliable positioning. We chose typographies that complemented their logo, ensuring readability and consistency across all platforms, from digital to print. Finally, we designed a visual identity with a harmonious color palette and images inspired by the unique landscapes of their market.
